Private buildA civic software build for California governments, underway behind its gate at Democracy Studios. Nine build phases; phase 0 is active now. It gets a name when the gate opens.
The consulting is one half of this practice. The other half is product work: civic software, legal tools, a job engine, a website forge. Some of it is live, some is in alpha, one piece is still behind a gate. The tags below say which is which.

Document preparation for California eviction cases. The self-serve engine fills the current Judicial Council forms for your county; the Access desk adds attorney supervision for the Answer. Cases are won and lost at the clerk's window, and this is built for that window. In private alpha now.

The SiteCrafters method, run by software. Paste your current site's URL, get three real design directions, and download a finished site you own and can host anywhere. $49 to see it, $249 to ship it. There is an arcade to play while it builds.

The flat-rate website refresh service Kiosk grew out of. Site Exam $399, New Frames $799, Custom Lenses $1,499, each in about an hour. The first client was McEvoy Electric, an actual electrician with an actual before-and-after, which is the whole case study.
TranquilTech is its own company. I own it, I build it, and it is where the human side of this work lives. It shows up here with its own frame because the separation is real, and so is the family resemblance.
